Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 4 hours in advance from your appointment date and time through WhatsApp, in order for us to do special arrangement for you. We will appreciate if you able to come on time for your appointment that you had scheduled with us, thanks. Scenarios: - Early 0~15mins, you will be on-hold at living room till SPA room ready to welcome you. - Late 0~15mins, you still can enjoy the full session - Late 15mins+, your appointment will be marked as "No Show" / "Remaining Time" "No Show" - More than 2 time consecutive in a row, you will be marked as Blacklisted. "Remaining Time" - You can only enjoy partially from our session based by the appointment schedule.
